Lost in Translation

So if you have been following my Blog, I recently watched The Terminal thinking it was the above film for some reason (probally got Bill Murray mixed up with Tom Hanks some how).
I rummaged through my DVD collection last night and found the film so sat down and began to watch it.

The film is about 2 people who have different life styles.
Bill Murray who plays the roll of a well known, famous Actor & Scarlett Johannson who is your everyday girl who's staying in Tokyo with her Boyfriend.
It seems that Bill Murray is hating the Hollywood life style and having a midlife crisis however he keeps bumping into Scarlett Johansson at the bar (they both seem to have a sleeping problem).
Over time they gradually form a relationship and start going out together as friends and then slowly falling in love.

I won't say anymore but the film is quite slow paced and is a movie to watch if you want to chill out and have a cozy night in.
The reason i seem to like it, is because of it being set in Tokyo and you get to experience there wonderful life style along side a well put together love story.

Wanted

I remember seeing Wanted when it first came out and was immediately impressed by the storyline and how amazing the idea of bullet curving was.

I re watched the film last night and if you haven't seen it yet i recommend that you do.

It's about some guy called Wesley Gibson who has no idea that his father is a professional assassin.
He has these "Anxiety" attacks which slows everything down and seems to make stuff worse and is on medication until he gets approached by "Fox" (Angelina Jolie) when picking up a subscription.
He hasn't a clue who she is and is immediantly thrown into some gun action between her and his father.
Later on he ends up quitting his crappy office job and joining the "Fraternity of Assassins" into which he is supposed to kill this guy who killed his father however it has a twist unfolding throughout the film.

I recommend watching this film and don't want to give away to much but i will say if you like action films then this is a must.

The Terminal

I was thinking about a film the other day called Lost in Translation and somehow got The Terminal Mixed up with it, and i proceeded to watch it anyhow.

It has Tom Hanks as the main roll with a dodgy accent (he's supposed to be Russian). He comes to the U.S.A in search of a jazz player which his father liked and his father's dying wish was to ask his son (Tom Hanks) to get the last picture signed (he has a metal box with loads of jazz players pictures which are all signed).
However when he gets to the U.S.A it shows Croatia (where he is from) at war and that the President of his Country had been killed which leads to Tom Hanks having no Nationality and that he doesn't belong to any Country.
So Stanley Tucci who plays "Frank Dixon" in the Film try's to get Tom Hanks to leave the airport so that he can get arrested and sent to Jail but doesn't succeed.
So Tom Hanks ends up living in the airport for a while waiting to enter New York city and along the way he fall's in love with Catherine Zita Jones (who plays "Amelia Warren") but thing's don't turn out very well between them.

Overall i would say it is a great movie for the male and female audience and in the end has a happy and emotional touch on viewer.

The film was released back in 2004 so it is aging quite well, i have quite alot of DVDs to look through and i hadn't actually seen this film before so thought i would see how it is.

Entourage

I seen Entourage on T.V a couple of time's and never really took in the show, so i purchased Season 1 and finally sat down and watched it for once.

I must say it is actually quite good and from the glimpses i seen on ITV2, I'm amazed at seeing some well known actors / singers in the episodes.
It's shows like this that i like for some reason and i don't know why, Maybe because your seeing the actor doing a less serious roll?

But anyway I'm only 1/2 way through Season 1 and enjoying it so far, and i have just ordered Season 2 and Season 3 volume 1, It seem's the program is getting better with every series from the reviews i have seen.

I would recommend getting into this program if you are into Hollywood life styles and Girls it is like the man's version of One Tree Hill or The Hills.
